Better Construction Services is a small business and Fredi is quick to contact, did a great job on the quote (fixed a minor chimney issue for free) and had a good price. His team did not nickel and dime, replaced the skylight, added a power vent, cleaned up perfectly and got us a great new shingles and a ten year workmanship warranty + Owens Corning Duration shingles limited lifetime warranty. Fredi treats your property like his own and takes pride in quality of the work. My gutter guards were old and bent, he offered to replace them with new ones free of charge if I could get some from the store, which we did. The total job was well done. “From start to near completion, the team from Build Pros has been professional.We have a very complicated roof line with many angles that over time caused some of our wood to rot. Damon walked with me as we assessed all that needed to be done. He gave me a timely estimate, and once accepted, a start date. Butch then visited our home with Damon and reviewed the project. Butch and Jess removed the rotten wood, replaced, and painted the work in a wonderful and seamless manner. Butch was friendly, honest, and gave attention to detail. “Randy patiently answered all of our questions. He managed our expectations about gutter cap performance and clearly laid out the pros and cons in our first conversation. His price was reasonable, and his gutter cap design matched what we were looking for. Installation seems to be good. (I will update review if that changes). Randy was there helping out doing the work. The only thing I would suggest is that the team do a better job of cleaning up after the job. When they were done, there were little blobs of gutter debris in various spots around the yard. If I needed more gutter work, I would use Absolute Seamless Gutters again without hesitation.“
