I almost never leave revies, but Fredi and his team deserve five+ stars. Better Construction Services is a small business and Fredi is quick to contact, did a great job on the quote (fixed a minor chimney issue for free) and had a good price. His team did not nickel and dime, replaced the skylight, added a power vent, cleaned up perfectly and got us a great new shingles and a ten year workmanship warranty + Owens Corning Duration shingles limited lifetime warranty. Fredi treats your property like his own and takes pride in quality of the work. Fredi and his team were phenomenal from start to finish. They completed the project when they said they would and took care in the details of their work. They moved items that would be in their way and they returned them and cleaned the property after they completed. Fredi was great to work with and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Fredi and his crew did a fantastic job. Great price and great service. They replaced multiple sections of my roof and replaced both my chimney caps. I have brick veneer siding around the entire house and Fredi redid all the spots that had fallen off over the years.Additionally I had construction material trash leftover from my 2 bathroom renovations and they even agreed to take that to the dump for me.
