Purchased two sleds from N. Syracuse Lawn and Snow. Rick was very knowledgeable and provided us with excellent service. In the past, I called for a replacement part. Rick had the part ready when I arrived and I was in and out within an hour. Great Service!!!

Awesome experience checked with competitors totally off the wall rude . Tom on the other hand took the time and pleasurably gave and answered all questions and gave the best advice out there . Trust me I deal with the public and people daily and you can tell he loves what he does and is a true pleasure to deal with ! Also Thank You for the free sweatshirt

Get what I need, and relatively fast. The mower I have is a John Deere and this is the closest location to me. This visit I was looking for maintenance items. They sell everything needed in a box kit. Quite convenient but a little over priced.
When I asked for an oil filter wrench I was shown a wrench that was supposed to fit right over the filter, however, it did not. Actually none of their wrenches did. Good thing I tested it before purchase.

Another item needed was a small lock washer. They had this item as well. When I asked about how to perform a simple maintenance task the man who was helping me had no idea how to do it. This should have been an easy...read full review
