We are extremely disappointed with this company’s workmanship and lack of professionalism. In late summer of 2022, a two-person crew was sent by Jim Brown to install Rosetta steps and a paver landing at our front entry stairs. However, the steps were installed with an unintended curve and significant gaps between the steps and the ground where it was not backfilled. Additionally, the paver landing is unlevel and not centered to the entry stairs. Basically it looks like a DIY job.We contacted Jim, who took over a month to come out to assess the situation. We have used Landscapes Unlimited of CNY multiple times. Each time the jobs were done professionally. Jim is always available for questions before, during and after the work is completed.
