“Ross Heating from Cicero, NY came on Sunday, the coldest day of the year when I'm sure the demand was really high and I called because my furnace stopped during the night. He was amazing! I will never call anyone else. My neighbor referred me to them in this emergency. Somehow, he breathed life back into my 20+ year old furnace. They did this with kindness, generosity, skill, and knowledge. He called me to let me know when he could fit a visit in, made it the same day, said he was coming prepared with electric heaters in case he couldn't repair it. Understood that I have a parrot with no place to go in the cold. I haven't seen a business like this in years! Now I know why my neighbor said to call them.“

“Unbeknownst to us, our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and other poisonous gasses. The technician showed me the parts that had failed in our 16 year old furnace. Due to safety concerns it had to be turned off and disconnected. However, a new and much improved furnace was installed the very next day.
