“Jared and crew of AJ Construction recently did a deck staining for me, ,they were on time, very professional and meticulous about their work, it really showed they take pride in their work no matter how small or big a job, they used top of the line deck stain without me even asking,they worked extremely neat and competitively price, will most likely use AJ Construction for other projects. **Note** from the before and after pics, if you see some spots of wood filler, it is MY fault, originally was going to do solid stain but then switched to semi transparent, Aj construction did their best by applying 3 coats in those areas but ultimately it was my fault not theirs.“

“I met Ronald at a friend’s house for whom he was doing a major job. He came the very next day to my house to give me an estimate. Ronald was very professional and knowledgeable. First, I had United power wash my house. I was very pleased with the results. Then I used United to replace my roof, gutters, downspouts, and two skylights. The work was completed in two full days using a crew of 10 men at one point. The men were prompt, respectful, and accommodating. The job was top quality. The cleanup was thorough, and, if Ronald entered the house, he took off his shoes. I have no hesitation recommending Ronald, Michael, and United.“

“Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by PJ Sullivan Exteriors and the timeframe in which it was completed.
