“Valerio Contracting is the most AMAZING local company I've dealt with!My husband and I bought a new home that was a major fixer upper. The roof was old, layers and in disarray. The siding was cracked and leaking into our new home.Rick came promptly to assess the damage. He went into great detail about what needed repairs and what did not. His service was honest and direct.We contracted his company to do our roof on spots that had to be repaired after removing an old chimney and ended up doing the entire house. His fixed the leaking siding and gave us opinions on additional siding on the home that we agreed with and had repaired.We also had him add venting to our under roof soffits around the home. They sparkled up the gutters and added gutter guards. The house looks like it got a total face lift...AMAZING!From day one, Rick was on the job throughout the week. He was checking the quality and managing the project. His workers were top class and definitely knew what they where doing. “Jared and crew of AJ Construction recently did a deck staining for me, ,they were on time, very professional and meticulous about their work, it really showed they take pride in their work no matter how small or big a job, they used top of the line deck stain without me even asking,they worked extremely neat and competitively price, will most likely use AJ Construction for other projects. **Note** from the before and after pics, if you see some spots of wood filler, it is MY fault, originally was going to do solid stain but then switched to semi transparent, Aj construction did their best by applying 3 coats in those areas but ultimately it was my fault not theirs.“

Lou, Mike and Dennis were extremely knowledgeable about roofing and provided a fair quote and incredible 15 year warranty on the work. No company could compare. Hastings had about a dozen or so workers complete my 3,500 square foot roof in less than two days and were extremely professional throughout and took care to protect my property and the rest of my house. “Finding reliable and dependable company Shaw and I am so that I made the call. The office staff is extremely professional and courteous and always schedule an estimate asap-next day. David always takes his time to conduct his inspection, explains the problem, explains why it is a problem, then tells you how they will repair it. The workers are very experienced and are excellent. They did a flawless replacement of my degraded and damaged soffit and fascia and if I didn’t see them at my home I would have no idea they were there because they cleaned up the whole area. The second project which was recently completed was the demo and reconstruction of my front steps. In both cases Joe and his crew did excellent work. “Wanted to give a shout out to Brothers Construction on the beautiful craftsmanship on our home. We had siding and gutters done. Luis was very personable, the minute we met him. Every question I asked, he answered and always said “don’t worry, you will be happy” in spite of the rain, Simon and his crew came and worked real hard. They did some amazing work. The gutter guys came at the end of the day and put gutters on the whole house in like two hours just amazing and beautiful. I look at my home every day and smile.
