I called to ask if the had a particular pfister part. The guy that answered in plumbing said they didnt and that pfister is pretty old. He recommended I call a competitor that specializes in parts more than they do. I had totally forgotten about their competitor but I called the competitor and they had the part. So I will be able to take a hot bath tonight because the guy was classy enough to care about helping me and not whether or not they could make a profit off me.
I am a FTHB and used VP supply to get a new furnace as mine went. They were extremely helpful with choosing a new furnace and also guided me through the various rebates that are offered. I had a small issue with the installer but Mark and Terry got right on it and straightened it out. I'm highly satisfied the way they handled the situation and I would definitely recommend their services. They went above and beyond with their services.
