1141 Kenmore Ave, Buffalo“Amanda did such an amazing job deshedding my chihuahua Rocco. I came back to town to visit my family and my mom’s dog needed some serious fur removal. She was able to squeeze me in the next day after asking her through instagram.
She was able to get a lot of fur off of him as well add a blueberry facial upon arrival when I asked. She also trimmed his nails and trimmed a little fur off his butt. With that being said he was happy when I picked him up as well as super shiny and fluffy! She even took cute pictures of him! And her husband gave me a sample their lean dog food to try since Rocco is overweight.
Nothing but great things to say. They will treat your fur babies as your own!“

2390 N Forest Rd Suite 11, Getzville“Highly recommend Sit Means Sit. Tom is super knowledgeable and made the process of training easy to understand and fun. He also takes the time to explain the “why” and methodology of how he trains which is extremely helpful. In just four lessons, I have built the basics with my dog that I can continue to build on. Rescuing a 3.5 year old dog, I wasn’t sure that training was possible, but it’s not true what they say, you can teach an old dog new tricks!“

360 Hewitt Ave #1604, Buffalo“Chuck is not only an incredible dog trainer, but a wonderful person. He makes himself available to his clients at all times and has specific suggestions that prove to be extremely helpful. He is the consummate professional yet he developed a very personal relationship with my dog. She was always excited to see him and responded very well to the positive reinforcement he uses in his training. As the dog owner, he made me understand the importance of my role in her training and was very patient with both of us. His commitment to dog training was evident in each session I am thrilled we had the opportunity to work with him and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an experienced dog trainer. It’s the best thing I could have done for me and my puppy, Kallie!“

300 International Dr, Buffalo“We brought our puppy to puppy class and he loved it. Kim was super approachable and also professional. She has answered every question and concern of mine with our new pup and he came out of the session to be very well mannered already. One of my favorite classes was with the obstacle course. Such a great way to make it fun for everyone including our dogs and building up their confidence. Went home with one tired pup! Thank you Sit N Stay! We will be back for more classes to come“

Every where You are, Clarence Center“I would recommend Stryking Manners to any dog owner for anything from basic obedience training to help with specific issues. Shannon is very knowledgeable and professional. She's great with dogs and her confident yet easy going personality made us feel at ease as well. We did basic obedience with our dog as a puppy then further socialization work later on when his fear of strangers progressed to aggression (which she actually noticed fear in him the first time she met him at 4 months old). Did she wave a magic wand and make our dog "perfect?" Of course not. She did something far more valuable. She taught us how to work with the dog we have. She helped us figure out what his triggers are. She taught us how to watch for his signals, how to read when he is uncomfortable, how to tell when he's approaching his limits and what to do in those situations. Most importantly, she taught us how to advocate for him and be his voice.“

330 Orchard Park Rd, Buffalo“This review is based solely on their carrying my brands of cat food. My "herd" of six are picky eaters, and the brands I've found that suit them are not commonly stocked elsewhere. Although I normally order from Chewy, during the pandemic some of the shipments were delayed, so I was glad I had Petco to fall back on. (BTW, Weruva and Halo are excellent quality cat food.)“

455 Ellicott St, Buffalo“After getting a young kitten for the very first time, my mind was bombarded with questions and fear of the unknown. Thankfully, I was able to speak with the McClelland staff and schedule a new patient appointment with no problem. When we arrived, we were quickly greeted with a friendly welcome. All the staff members were attentive and courteous. Dr. Carrig provided a thorough exam on our kitten, while answering our questions and fully addressing our concerns. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, and passionate about his profession. We know we are in great care in his hands and look forward to many years of visiting McClelland! 10/10 for outstanding service!“
