This store was a HUGE disappointment. We were looking for a specific cat food to meet the needs of our 2 mature cats. Am internet search found that Petco was the only store that, according to their website, had it in stock. We made the long drive to the store. Access is difficult because of the shared drive with OfficeMax and Wegmans. It was a slow day so parking was adequate. On a busy day probably not. The store itself was clean and bright. Stocked shelves showed that this is mainly a store for dogs. Cat supplies were very limited and the few aisles of them were tucked away in a small corner. Asked one question , and the employee answered me like he was very annoyed. Never looked up at me . I said OK thank you , no response! This place is the worst . They just don't care . Not the first time I had a rude employee interaction. But, it will be the last . I'll stick to pet supplies plus!!

very terrible experience today with the trainer Trisha at orchard park rd location. She declined training my dog without even meeting him. Just hearing him barking, she said "No. I can't train that dog" and sent us away without even explaining anything to us Or getting a manager for us. I have a 7 month old German shepherd, he is huge and obviously has a deep bark. She didn't even give him a chance, just decided off of his loud bark. Granted his bark sounds mean cause he obviously needs training and doesn't know how to act outside my home or know anyone in the store, but she didn't even want to let the dog meet her. He is only 7 months old. This was way unprofessional
