“I had a little trouble but all good businesses will make mistakes. What makes them stand out is how they handle the problem. The fellow that attended me was very polite and friendly. He communicated well. The problem was that I had my key cut. Before leaving, I was going to check it in my door to be sure it was a good fit but it was raining hard and it did fit in the ignition so I thought it should be ok. When I got home I tried the key in the door. It didn't go in. Ugh. So I went back and found out that the door's lock was bad from when the door was replaced by a body shop years ago. He wouldn't refund me. Later the same day the owner contacted me, assured me that there was miscommunication. They fixed the issue by making another key with a new door lock at a discounted price. I am happy with the results.“
