They let me know it'd be in the afternoon and the tech called to let me know his earlier service call took longer than expected but that he'd still get to me today. Once here he quickly found the issue and showed me everything he was doing.“

He was very experienced, prideful about his occupation, totally professional and very personable.

I actually stumbled upon this location (but so happy I did) as I bought my Oreck vacuum in Rochester but the location (after many years) had closed and when I Googled searched Oreck retailer near me it showed closest one was in Hamburg, NY.
I drove there to get my vacuum serviced as it was having an issue and Brad immediately looked into it and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes.
