You won’t be disappointed, will definitely be using their services in the future. They were also extremely communicative and responsive which seems to be someone difficult in this field, I found. Experience began at estimate. Appreciate the intent to do the work right, dig on exterior, use large drainage PVC and provide legitimate customer testimonials (old school sale). Locktight crew was very polite and easy to be around. I had a large amount of supplies in my basement and they were helpful in moving items to center so to access basement perimeter tile. There was some phone tag in order to set a date for work to begin. I’d recommend some form of SMS or digital (email) communication to coordinate this (list of things to do to prep). Didn’t appreciate the hassle and lack-of patience from Locktight to receive payment (check due at estimate decision, work start and work finish). All things considered they finished ahead of schedule. Called as a new client to schedule my 11 yr old for a cut and style. Dawn contacted me and got her in right away. My daughter has high functioning autism which her main obsession this age (and stage) is her HAIR so I get nervous whenever I have to find a new place. Jessie is very sweet and professional ! She really helped me get the results I wanted on my hair. I got a full highlight from her and I absolutely love it! I typically don't leave reviews but this place made me leave one. It was my first time so I didn't know what to expect. But literally as soon as I walked through the, I was greeted with welcoming words. My barber (Chris) welcomed me and informed me he would be with me in a little bit. Fast forward to Chris, the owner, and I were all talking & laughing. Literally made me feel like I've been going to them for years. Best experience I've ever had in a barber shop. The vibe was just all around a great time and at home feeling. If you're thinking about going here, do it you will not regret it.

I love all 3 techs ms.tina, her daughter lou i have gotten close to them. Not only alot of nail techs I do that with. Since moving to Lancaster-Depew area i wouldn't go to another salon ONLY MAGIC NAILS. Because these women make the magic happens. Lou always do my designs when I know my color scheme its wonderful everytime.

This is my new favorite nail salon! I came here to get a pedicure and I got the Royal pedicure for the muscle relaxing gel, hydrating massage an hot stone It did take about an hour from start to finish did such a good job I feel like my feet have never been this soft. Everything was new, clean, and/or sterilized and I felt very comfortable. Their new fleet of massage chairs are very nice highly recommend giving them a try!

Nicole did my wedding and wedding party's make up and spray tans. She is an absolute professional and really listened to each person about what they wanted so each person could achieve a look they felt great in. We also went through the Beauty Atelier for our wedding party hair and Alyssa was wonderful, she also listened to what each girl wanted and made any tweaks as requested. Nicole was easy to work with and flexible / accommodating when we had tweaks as to our plans. I would very much recommend!

My first time at the salon I was referred there as I have been looking for a new colorist. I had a wonderful experience. Laurie the owner sat me down and listened to everything I was looking for. She called over another stylist to get another opinion on the proper color to lowlight into my hair around my facial frame. I went ahead with the recommendation made and I'm very happy with the results. I've already made another return appointment. The salon was very bright and open...a great location. I'm happy I decided to try this salon. Laurie was great !

John and Dave are always professional, fast, and do a great job. I have used them for all the plumbing issues at my house for many years. They have always fixed the problem correctly and I have never had a repeat issue on anything they repaired. I will always call Sunset Plumbing and Heating when I have any issues.
I am so very grateful for the young man,Matt that arrived at my home, so polite , knowledgeable, thorough and patient, I had been waiting more than 2yrs for my central air, Matt was left with an awful mess from 2 previous diagnostics, God bless him,he was so busy and promised to arrive the following morning of the 4th of July, he showed up long before he was due,Amazing this guy!! Outstanding. Mike arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues and offered several solutions. The work was completed on time, professionally and at a very fair price. Office staff, friendly and always called back, especially helpful because I live in Nevada and the work was being done in North Tonawanda. Highly recommend.
Needed my furnace fixed and since I had a previous good experience with Sentry South I called them again. Was able to get same day service. They let me know it'd be in the afternoon and the tech called to let me know his earlier service call took longer than expected but that he'd still get to me today. Once here he quickly found the issue and showed me everything he was doing.

I actually stumbled upon this location (but so happy I did) as I bought my Oreck vacuum in Rochester but the location (after many years) had closed and when I Googled searched Oreck retailer near me it showed closest one was in Hamburg, NY.
I drove there to get my vacuum serviced as it was having an issue and Brad immediately looked into it and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes.

Zac Scott came to help me I locked my keys in the car AGAIN. He arrived quickly and got me my keys back. Not only did he do a great job but he was a very pleasant guy. Had a really great experience highly recommend him!
The guys from Stanley Steemer were great. Our air ducts were long overdue to be cleaned. They were respectful to keep the house clean while doing their work. Would highly recommend.
I bought a house last year that had the basement flooded for several months. The was a large amount of mold all over the bottom of the floor and floor joists. They came out and I was shocked to see that the wood looked like it had just been nailed down. There were no stains left! I was very happy. On a different note I had an issue with a different company John Pusateri was associated and I have to say he stepped up and resolved the issue with integrity and class. This was our second time working with M P Caroll. The first time we purchased flooring through M P Caroll, we had a small and straightforward space to work with. We were young and the light was still in our eyes. So we joined Mike's excellent class and learned how to d.i.y. the installation. We did a dang fine job, if we do say so ourselves. However, for our second project, we had a much larger installation area with complex curves. We are also older, wiser, and more tired now. We knew we needed to leave this one to the pros. They did a smashing job and completed the work in about two days. The new hickory engineered hardwood floors look stunning and it was worth every penny to have their fantastic team do the work!
Very helpful and knowledgeable made it possible to refinish my old hardwood in one room as the experiment for the rest of the house later.

We just had Gen-Tech install our generator and do a 200 amp service upgrade on our house. We worked with Frank for the quote, Amy in the front office, and four of their installers did the work for us. Everyone was happy, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work crew showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. To me it is the little things, they caulked and sealed things perfectly, went above and beyond in a few spots, and left a very clean work site at the end of the day. The entire install went great.

I started coming to Rosenberg about 5 years ago after totally neglecting my teeth in my early to mid 20s. I had all sorts of problems - wisdom teeth coming in causing immense pain, cavities, an old implant starting to fail, the works. 5 years later all of my problems have been solved thanks to the recommendations and work done by Rosenberg and I'm just so glad I made my first appointment all those years ago. It's been a long road.
Rosenberg is a tremendous dental office. They are the only medical office I've been to that NEVER leaves me waiting for like 30 minutes. When I walk in the door they're ready for me. They take great care to make sure I'm never uncomfortable or in pain. They recommended different specialists for all of my various problems. This is what healthcare in this country is supposed to be like, sadly that isn't usually the case but it's good to know good medical offices still exist.
Dr. May is a very trustworthy dentist. I’ve never been more comfortable with any dentist until it came to her. She’s very kind and gentle and shows she truly cares about the patient. Me and my family all left our previous dentists because of how amazing she is. Truly never been so happy and satisfied with my dental care experience.
