“After the previous plumber (not Pride Services) who provided and installed my kitchen faucet made multiple failed attempts to stop it from leaking into the cabinet below, I contacted Pride Services. Their technician, Ali, arrived promptly (preceded by a text that he was on the road) and, after I described the ongoing leak and he examined the existing faucet, Ali was able to show me that the interior faucet line had small holes in it. He patiently answered my questions as to what he would recommend and then ordered a replacement. The new faucet was available by mid-afternoon and Ali picked it up and came and installed it. “Our 15 year old A/C unit broke during Covid June 2020. They came and replaced the unit. 1 year and 3 months later our new unit stopped working. All Pro came back and by process of elimination, they figured out that our unit outside had a short and would not turn on the unit in attic. They are great and their service is even better“

“We’ve been happy customers for over two years and we only wish we had discovered them sooner. The previous company had misdiagnosed an issue that led to numerous costly breakdowns and repairs. We had heard good things about Proactive Home Services so we gave them a try and they were able to fix the problem (this time for good!) at an extremely reasonable rate. Because they were so friendly, professional, and affordable, we signed up for their maintenance program. Twice a year an extremely knowledgeable serviceman (big shout out to Ted!) will come run a diagnostics on our system. Even though we’ve come to know him, Proactive still sends us a picture of him before the appointment. We very much appreciate that level of safety. We haven’t had a single issue with our system in those two years, which is a huge departure of the previous few years. That being said, even though everything runs perfectly, we keep the maintenance checkup service because it’s so reasonably priced and provides a level of security knowing that any future issues will be resolved. We can’t say enough nice things about this company. They are always extremely responsive, setting up appointments is easy, and they are *GASP* always on time. They even confirm when they are near via text. We see them once in the fall, and once in the spring, and never in between because our system just works!“
