Wow! Everyone go to this yoga studio. It is truly transformative. Mind, body and soul. If you have a problem that you cannot solve in your heart and body THIS STUDIO WILL FIX IT FOR YOU.
Went on a Thursday evening in the and to my surprise was the only student in class. I got a wonderful private lesson at the class price and thoroughly impressed with the instructor and flow of the class. My body was sore the next few days. I'm going to get a class package. I ned to do more of these stretches in my life.
