Unfortunately I see my experience with Cathy is not unique. We have a pocket door that has not been functioning properly and I have been trying to get it fixed for MONTHS. Was wondering if this place went out of business because it's been total radio silence by phone and email. Wish I'd never hired these folks in the first place. Will be going elsewhere next time we need something like this.

I needed my temporary walls removed. Cathy Vendrell, their installation coordinator, initially scheduled a removal date. But on the day itself - no one appeared. No phone call. No e-mail. After reaching out to her multiple times by phone and e-mail, I still didn't get a response. The company basically ghosted me and did not fulfill their part of the contract. I now have to hire a a demo crew to remove the walls - that's $500 leaking out of my wallet. I've been reading some reviews here on Yelp from several people having a similar experience. These guys should be slapped with a lawsuit! Save your hard-earned money. Save your time. Extremely unprofessional.
