“I have a very active 3-year-old border collie named Chipper who needs a lot of stimulation and exercise. I recently started taking her to Pawsies periodically and she has loved it! Sometimes she can be scared of new people and situations but the team there has made her feel at home. She gets excited to go in their facility each time. She recently went on a field trip to hike/swim (her favorite activities) and I felt good knowing she was safe and cared for. We love Pawsies!“

“What’s there to say about Jason and the GoDog team. They truly treated my dog like their own and I never once was worried when she was in their care. Jason is a local guy who loves his community, especially the dogs in it. If we would bump into him on the street, I simply had to let go of the leash so Boogie could run up to him. He does a great job of vetting and training his walkers so there’s never any concern when new staff comes on. My dog is very wary of strangers, and yet she never has any trouble with GoDog walkers, both new and old.

Every one of the GoDog walkers were incredibly responsible and would always give me prompt updates after their walk. A special shoutout to Steph who walked Boogie practically every day for 3 years. Boogie is going to be heartbroken that she won’t get to see her favorite person regularly anymore.

If I wasn’t moving to a new neighborhood, there’s no question that I’d be sticking with GoDog. I am going to miss their professionalism and care they showed to my dog.“

“I worked with Dominik to help address walking issues with my 4-year old rescue pitbull mix. While her enthusiasm and curiosity are usually lovely qualities, they made our walks frequently stressful, with lots of pulling and unpredictable moves to smell this thing or greet that person. I had tried a variety of collars, harnesses and techniques, to no avail. I had also worked with another trainer, without getting things where we needed to be.

My pup and I had three sessions with Dominik, and she is walking like a dream. Dominik's training process was fantastic. He is very clear in explaining his approach. He is extremely calm, and he assessed the situation quickly. I really appreciated that he used our time well, and he mixed demonstrating what to do with also giving me lots of time to practice while he was there, so that he could offer tips and clarifications.

Nelli is such a wonderful owner and was always accessible and flexible & we have loved having Nathalie as our primary dog walker. They send a ton of (humorous) pictures of Loki on every walk which has filled our camera roll. “Dani is GREAT! We have a large GSD, Franklin, who is an absolute incredible dog thanks to Dani! She was incredibly committed to helping us turn a wild high-drive energy-possessed puppy into a model-behavior dog that we can take anywhere. With her training, he was able to pass not only the AKC Canine Good Citizen test, but also the Canine Urban Citizen and Canine Community Citizen tests. Now when I have a question she is always immediately responsive and helpful - she really knows Franklin, and us, and knows what works. I feel so lucky that we had Dani in our lives from the beginning of Franklin’s puppyhood with us! I recommend her to everyone I know in need of a trainer.“

“I can't recommend them enough!We did both the puppy curriculum and play and train, and Elizabeth and her team made us feel so at ease with how knowledgeable and thoughtful they are. The puppy curriculum really sets you up for success and understanding your puppy's needs and how their brain works, beyond just obedience training.Elizabeth was great about helping us work through any concerns and take a proactive approach to training, and the team at play and train have been so instrumental in helping make sure we have a well socialized puppy. Every time we approach the building he's SO excited to be there and loves both his friends and teachers at play and train - and we get such amazing updates throughout the day!We initially started at the Dog Institute because we wanted to make sure our puppy was well socialized and had a great foundation and my only regret is not starting with them sooner!“

“They have been great. I bring my dog here for daycare when I work, 2-3x a week. Very affordable!!! I also live close enough that they walk him home for just an extra 5$, for days I may work past 5-6. So helpful!!! I only wish they gave discounts after coming so much, like a punch card because I never can afford or have the mind to order a package prior, I freelance so I don't always know when I will work or stop working. I also just wish they had a camera or some sort of way to check up on him when I'm at work, but still a great place, with no real complaints just suggestions! I also love watching their Instagram as well with all the events they promote and doggie pics, of course.“

“I saw this love bug, Peanut Butter Buster, on Instagram. He was in the ACC shelter system for four months and was on the list to be euthanized. He didn't interact well with other dogs. I decided to foster him at the end of June, but with the help of MJ, I’ve decided to adopt PPB. Peanut Butter is a gem that needed some TLC and discipline. MJ helped provide both. And now Peanut Butter is walking with other dogs. I can't thank MJ enough. We are a work in progress - but we have come a long way in three lessons. As an owner of three dogs, I believe that MJ training was the best investment. PBB and I are forever grateful.“

“HI-BK is a wonderful and great place if you're looking for a good, reputable and professional daycare. Our dog Millie, has been going to hi-bk for over two years and has loved it since day one. I'm an anxious dog owner, and tend to over worry but I never do when Millie is at daycare because I always see how happy and well attended she is. Her tag starts wagging the second we mention she's going to daycare, and scratches the door to get in if the door isn't opened fast enough. She loves the staff, always takes a moment to say goodbye before heading home after greeting us, especially if it's Richmond at the desk. They have strong guidelines about vaccines, dog's health, temperament tests, crate testing for boarding, and more which always made me feel very confortable and assured that they're putting these procedures in place to keep HI-BK safe for all staff and dogs. The space is well kept and clean. It's obvious that everyone who works at HI-BK cares for the dogs so much, they are all so friendly and welcoming, and most importantly, they are so kind and well mannered with the dogs. Millie loves people's attention and she gets lots of love and attention. I wouldn't trust anyone with the care of Millie but I would always trust hi-bk to be a safe and welcoming space for Millie. Millie has been to HI-BK for daycare, boarding and grooming and I would recommend all three to anyone who's looking for a place for their pup.“

“I recently started using daycare and boarding at woofs n whiskers. They came highly recommended from my veterinarian. Extremely pleased is an understated rating. The facility is fabulous, indoor and outdoor. The staff is efficient and kind. They emailed me immediately when there was a minor problem. I highly recommend them and Buddie (my dog) does as well.“

“Our overall experience was great... my husband had the Jerk Fried rice with chicken... I had the Steamed Snapper... we also had a side of plantains, steamed veggie and Mac and cheese. Everything was on point, from the service to the food itself.. and evening well spent for the Hubster and I“

“Like many others, we had to wait for over 5 hours for a groom - as in, I brought my dog in at 2 and he was not released until 7 because they had several other dogs before him. I live 15 minutes away so I could have picked him up and come back later. After multiple check ins, we were still told he would be ready much later than anticipated. However, I am giving them 4 stars because not only did they apologize, they comped the groom. The woman who was working the front understood why we were upset and tried to make right. I appreciated that and would be up for trying again. Sometimes things don’t work out, but the customer service in this instance made me feel good about giving them another shot.“
