Two months ago i went to Prohealth urgent care of Bensonhurst. The front desk staff are nice but the doctor didn't diagnose me right.She said it was allergies meanwhile it was an upper respiratory infection.It made me go to the emergency room because my primary care doctor was out on maternity leave and the doctors that were in her place were all booked.

Very fast, I didn’t wait at all! Anthony at the front desk was very polite. Very helpful. He answered all my questions as I was worried about getting a specific RT PCR COVID test for travel. Thank you and sorry if I drove you nuts! ?

I live in Long Island and back in January when there were LONG LINES to get the Covid test, my mom, 84 years old, needed to get tested. I called to make an appointment, I don’t remember the girl I spoke with. She refuses to have my mom wait on line because of her age, made an appointment for 10am with a physician. When my mom got there, they had her go in and took great care of her. My mom needed to get tested again on March 25th and April 1st. I dealt with Anthony over the phone.
