I can confirm there was an hour wait. However, all of the medical staff were polite and professional. The front desk staff provided inconsistent service. The women at the front desk were courteous and professional. The only heavy set guy was very rude. They ran a few tests to determine which kind of illness. The same tests and experience you expect from medical staff at other locations. I would recommend. Perhaps we should all learn patience and give these professionals grace.

Fast walk in registration and and almost imidiate medical service. All concerns and medical needs taken care off. Prescription and any doctor letters or referrals ready instantly on walk out. Great job. Thank you

Great experience at this City MD. My daughter had an ear stud embedded deep in her earlobe. I tried to push it through but couldn’t.The doctor (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name - Russian doctor, white hair) came in and looked at her ear. He was examining it and said “oh this is very deep, I think you have to go to the hospital and they will cut it out” and then immediately turned around and placed the stud in my hand!!! I swear, it was like a magic trick!
