Being referred to MacSamurai was the only good part of my Mac misery. Apple sent me somewhere unhelpful, so I asked around and MacSamurai was highly recommended - for good reason! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else in future. Laurie is efficient and reasonably priced and manages to not make you feel stupid - major bonus!

All my professional life I worked with people whose jobs were a lot like Laurie's. Nearly all of them were solid, competent people. However, Laurie stands out head and shoulders above all of them. She's by far the best I've ever seen.She's deeply knowledgeable, she's quick, she's friendly to work with. I really doubt that you can find anyone as good at her job as she is.Henry F.

Responsive, helpful, prompt and patient! I'm a working mom who is almost always traveling with multiple machines. Sometimes I have technical issues and no matter the day or time - if I need help - Laurie is always responsive. Even if she isn't able to help me right at that very moment, she always responds to let me know that if the issue can wait, she will help. She is also great for recommendations on any issues that she might not be able to help with - and there is no price that you can put on that. I refer her to many friends and family, social media as well. I trust her implicitly with my Macs. Call her - you will not be sorry! She really is a samurai.
