The vet we see here is compassionate, but also level-headed and practical. Dr. D. Is a good communicator, and I find her to be especially good with cats. There's a pleasant receptionist, and the techs have helpful attitudes as well.

Adopted a 2yo maltese/poodle mix about 6 months ago, and Heights and Hill has been our go-to vet for any/all issues during that time. We've seen both Dr. Urgo + Dr. Barnett and their staff truly could not be more professional and supportive. They're no-frills and the prices are the most reasonable of the vets I've seen in the area. I also use Spot Pet Insurance and the vet office gets me everything I need to submit and process claims in a timely manner.

Got our lil rascal Pinot spayed here. Got my baby Sally checked out here. Staff is very friendly and even willing to try to get out knots your cat might have accumulated. Cost is great compared to nearby Brooklyn Heights offerings
