My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Benny at Garfield Realty over the last few weeks. He is very professional and went above and beyond to help us during our apartment application process. He addressed all of our questions before signing the lease and was a great communicator at all times. We felt that he had our best interest at heart and couldn't recommend working with him more!

Working with Benny at Garfield Realty was a great experience. He was responsive from the get go, and made sure to ask the landlord all the questions I needed answered. He even helped us measure for furniture! Working with brokers is always rough, but Benny is a good one--professional, friendly and very competent.

Had a delightful time during one of the most overwhelming processes you can have in NY, thanks to Benny Fagen! From the beginning of the apartment hunting experience, Benny went above and beyond.
