It is a family company, carrying all of the positive qualities that that entails: Genuine caring, concern and attention, all with a human touch . They helped my daughter find the perfect apartment for her, and they did it with a personal investment and involvement in her situation that is impossible to find in today's incredibly competitive and, yes, aggressive rental market. After 11 years in NYC, this was by far the best realty experience I've had. Rick and Mike were responsive and incredibly helpful in all facets of the process. If you're looking for anything in Carroll Gardens or Cobble Hill, do not hesitate to make this your first and last stop!

I’ve been a tenant for 16 months and have only positive things to say about my experience. Very communicative and responsive landlords and the supers are great. Any time we’ve had an issue with the apartment they send someone the same day to fix it.
