Excellent shop, I’ve been working with Dave since his North 8th space. Eight of Swords provides professionalism that is second to none. Everyone is the shop is extremely talented, friendly and creative, perfect combo for an artist. You come with an idea and they can either execute it to perfection or add a little seasoning to it like salt bae, your call. Will be visiting really soon.

Down to earth people tattooing in a multimedia art space. Daniel and Linda have always been patient, creative, and cooperative with me on all my tattoo ideas. Goes without saying, but I'll be back.

Coming from out of town into the city, Linda was very accommodating and communicative. I booked an appointment about two months ahead. The shop is easy to find in Williamsburg and is surrounded by great local shops and dining options. There is a resident cat to greet you at the door and a comfy couch while you wait. Great 70s music playing. Linda gave me a few size options for the tattoo and placement options. The tattoo itself is about palm size and took under an hour.
