yesterday I came with my twin brother To see Ericka and as expected, we left both pleased with our conch and lobe piercings. As always, Ericka demonstrated knowledge, detailed information regarding the process and after care And such an at home feeling. This is my third time visiting her and we both plan to return quite soon.

My piercer was David. Pierced y nose again after any any years of taking off. The service was fantastic, he was cool, patient, and kind. I will be going back to get a few more ear piercings. Thank YOU!

Absolute best customer service! I was having surgery last week and the day before I was unable to remove my nose and tragus piercings. I called Live by the Sword and I was able to be seen within an hour. I forgot the woman's name who removed my piercings (blame it on the anesthesia) but she was so sweet and communicative. She walked me through how she removed them and how I can put them back in after to keep the holes open until I can stop in for her to do it correctly. Fast forward to post surgery, against my doctor and family's wishes, I stopped in three days after to get my nose and tragus piercings put back in.
