Our oven wasn't working and we needed a new ignition piece. Steve answered my phone call without my needing to leave a message, and he was available to come the same afternoon. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to fix the oven in less than a half hour. He was cordial and helpful. It was especially nice that he showed me exactly what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He was patient while I tested the oven after he fixed it. He was neat and didn't leave a mess in our home.

My Samsung fridge had stopped cooling. I contacted Allsafe and he came the next day on time and communicated his ETA so I would be prepared. He fixed my fridge and explained everything along the way. I would recommend (Steve) Allsafe for anyone with an appliance issue. A+.

I had an issue with my LG washer/Dryer combo, the water pump stopped working. I called Allsafe and got the issue repaired same day as my call. Very prompt and professional service.
