I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part. He said to send a photo of the faucet and if we could wait until the next morning, he could make one trip and save us time and money.<br>He fixed everything for a reasonable fee. We plan to have him back! He has a team that can do renovations too I saw photos of a recent bathroom renovation, which he helped design, and it looked gorgeous. Joe loves his work!“

“Called on a Tuesday morning about water in the basement that I suspected was from a slow leak in the hot water tank. The owner of PP&H came by later that afternoon to make an inspection and found water in the tank setting after removing the pilot guard, quoted a price, and arranged to come replace the tank Thursday morning at our request. Arrived 8:30 AM on the arranged date with two crew members, replaced the water tank and three valves, removed the old tank, and was complete by 10:30 AM. He could not have been more helpful. He tried to troubleshoot the issue for me, and after giving me a solution to try, he told me to call him back in an hour to see how it was working. He also told me he would come out if it didn’t work. Well, his suggestion worked, and it got our heat up and running. Richard did all of this without even having serviced the equipment previously.
