“Had my first appointment today. The experience is the best I have had in all my years seeing doctors. Front desk staff attentive and caring and fast and capable. Got me checked in fast. Rebecca was my nurse and she was kind and thorough and efficient. Dr Kwok herself also really thorough and nice and knowledgeable. Everyone I worked with was stellar. They are obviously a busy practice because they treat their patients with great care and respect. It doesn't surprise me that it takes months to get an appointment. If you are in the market for a stellar PCP, I highly recommend Dr Kwok!“

“First I want to say I call for help and they were able to take us right away. Walk in the office and was greeted by Princess. She did such an amazing job with my 1 year old she was so calm princess talk to her while brushing and combing her hair. My 5 year old like that she talk to her and love that her name is princess. “I have been going to a chiropractor for over 10 years to help with my scoliosis and with every pregnancy continued my care. I have never experienced what I have experienced with Dr. Tony and his team. The minute you enter the office it’s such a welcoming environment. Now my friend is herself again and on the right path to mental health maintenance. They have given her all of the tools she needs and gone above and beyond for her.After hospitalization, they set up outpatient treatment with a psychiatrist and therapist for maintenance so a hospitalization doesn't happen again. “I have been receiving treatment for my Workmen’s Compensation injuries since May of 2021. I can honestly say that without Sasha from the personal Injury department it would be so confusing and difficult to navigate all of the appointments, paperwork, and testing needed to properly treat my injuries. MedAlliance does seem to change protocol like “checking in a check out” quite often. Sasha however always takes the time to explain what has changed, what is new, and helps to fill gaps so the patient always has what they need. She has even gone out of her way to assist with sending documents to my providers outside of MedAlliance so that I can have my treatment be continuous. I wish more clinics had someone like Sasha! The healthcare in NYC would be better all around if we had more folks like her working to help us stay healthy!“

“I have had a great experience with the VA staff in general. Scheduling has never been a problem and they send me plenty of reminders. Everyone I've interacted with seems to take their job seriously, and really cares.I'm writing this review primarily because of a specific recent experience:At my appointment I had blood drawn and a flu shot.When I was scheduling my next appointment in the lobby, I started to feel extremely dizzy and lightheaded. I'm stubborn, and I was in the infantry, so I tried to tough it out. I figured if I could just finish my scheduling I could just go pass out in my car in private.One of the staff members noticed and immediately took me to the back of the clinic. They took my vitals, gave me water, and sat me down.All of the staff were caring and showed compassion the entire time. I felt bad for inconveniencing everyone but they would not accept any of my apologies.I'm very grateful for the way I was treated. I was very embarrassed but was given dignified, understanding treatment that anyone in a similar situation would be fortunate to receive.“

“If you have area choice of needed testing you may also be anxious to be seen promptly and get test results ASAP, which can take a few days. Recent experience was very good with Catherine B technician and special shout out to manager Amy C available for patient concerns to be helpful and compassionate....still after 35 years of service. I think she deserves a windowed office!“
