I will never go back to this salon! Never mind the fact it’s disgusting with roaches everywhere, it was only a one minute walk from me. Paola has no regard for your hair. Everytime I go she is always burning me with the blow dryer to close to my roots, she gave me heat damage. Today I asked her several times to turn down the heat on my hair because it was too hot. She told me needed to lay the roots, like lady you are damaging my hair with the dryer too hot. Next she told me needed to cut my ends. She cut off so much of my hair, I was livid.
