I’ve been attending Elegante Nails salon for over 5 years now. It’s elegant clean and full of positive energy. I do everything in one spot except my lashes because I’ve been with my lash tech for over 8 years now. Pero the customer service is on point. Nails last one month in half. Went to this salon to get a manicure and pedicure for my birthday. I had never been to a Dominican nail salon but I had hoped it would be similar to the Asian salons I’d frequent. It wasn’t lol.Pedicure: got this done first and I want to echo one of the other reviews for this business. They do not sterilize their tools. They reuse from the previous person and my pedicurist would simply dip the tools in the soapy water when needing to wipe them off. The lady working my toes only spoke Spanish and I could tell she was getting frustrated that my proficiency wasn’t high. The service was very mid, absolutely nothing special. The owner was really nice but the girl who did my nails (YANI) had a nasty attitude. She gave the vibe that she didn’t want to be there. Very rough and nonchalant while doing my nails. $50 for a FILL IN is crazy as well. Customer service is everything to me so I doubt I’ll go back unless I try someone else and besides the price is a bit much.
