Wait time was good compared to the 2-3 expected hour wait at Urgent careHowever the doctor that saw me wasn’t as pleasant, didn’t expect for her to be rough pressing hard into the area that I explained was in a lot of pain. Asked me questions with an attitude, such as why I would come if I’ve experienced pain in the area when I already mentioned that this was the first time I’ve experienced pain for the time that I have. “Rivera” I believe. Was told to just drink water and take Tylenol after receiving a list of possibilities of my diagnosis that require me being in the hospital.

Best practice To take your baby/kids. There’s never a wait time and the staff & doctor are always so welcoming and nice. They always go into detail with any concerns i may have and they work so well with babies. Highly recommend coming here.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The staff were really great. The facility is beautiful. They are open much later than the other urgent cares (which saves literally hundreds of dollars bc you don’t have to go to the ER for something at 9pm).They have a great CRM, so sign in is digital and fast (no paper, et ).We had a great experience with both the pediatrician (Dr Evan I think?) and the nurses.This is my go-to place for times when I need a pediatrician.
