HORRIBLE. This review is based on my encounter with the receptionist while I attempted to schedule an appointment. Please invest in training your employees... and have better "policies" and employees who actually understand and have the ability to explain them! This practice has a receptionist who lacks basic communication skills and hangs up on people. I called again (different #) and told her that she is nasty because that is what she is... someone who speaks in a tough demeanor OVER THE PHONE. I tried calling AGAIN to complain and, of course because of the caller ID, I was placed on hold as soon as the call was answered for long periods of time so I just ended up hanging...read full review

I walked into the office for some information this morning hoping that I found a new Pediatric provider for my children. Before I could get my question out I was greeted by a rude and very unprofessional female, "Sue" who told me this wasn't an information booth and that I should check the directory. Really? If this is an indication of the service provided, then I'm glad she stopped me at the door.

I give it a low score for the front desk.. I would of been bringing my family here but the rudeness I received from the older woman in the front turned me off so much that I rather travel to my sons current physician rather than have a neighborhood doctor.. She tossed the paperwork work back at me and said we can’t do anything with this .. snatched it back when I told him his age and then tossed it back when she said wasn’t enough... I never was treated so rudely and I will not be talked to like that.. too many good doctors with kind respectful staff to settle for that.. I rather travel to his current physician.. lost a potential patient no thanks ..hopefully other...read full review
