“My mom and I had such a wonderful experience at the Nubian Hair Studio! We started off with a consultation with Key and told her what type of style we were each looking to do. She was thorough and made sure we understood what the process involved. Key worked on both of us. My mom decided to do a new color and cut to a shorter style. I decided to get crocheted passion twist. Everyone was so friendly and very professional and the owner Alice made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place and if I could go beyond five stars I would! They work on all hair types especially natural, and they are skilled in different types of hair styles. Make sure you call ahead to make an appointment because they are in demand but they will try their best to work with you.“

I am usually one to do my hair myself so I was nervous but Shanna did a fantastic job with coloring my hair. She gave me color options on the consultation then gave me a spectrum of how light she could go based on my preference. My hair is insane and hard to work with because it's been previously colored etc... however, the stylist Joan did her best and got me to a brighter look, I did however the next day noticed something I didn't like and she took me back the and fixed the issue I had! The owner of the salon I believe (Tara ) apologized for the little tiny imperfection and it was just overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.“

“First time going to this braiding spot / beauty supply store. Staff is friendly and quick, also extremely clean for a braiding salon. Pricing is affordable, I got a little passed over the shoulder length medium passion twist and I loved it! I’m always super self conscious because I have alopecia on both side of my head and the way this lady braider managed to braid my hair you can’t even tell at all. She brought me back a lot of confidence! Definitely will be returning!

For starters I scheduled my appointment on the wrong day without realizing and they were still able to squeeze me in quickly which I really appreciated. My make-up by Noki was exactly what I wanted, a soft glam. My hair by Marin was exceptional. Also exactly what I wanted and even better than I expected. I received so many compliments all night.
