Our ranch roof was complete within 8 hrs with 3 layers of shingles that had to be removed. 99% of the debris was picked up from the yard. I found some here and there which was expected. If you're looking for a new roof, I highly recommend this company.“

“Mike started out on the "A" list when he actually got on the roof to see the areas of concern during the quotation process. He also reminded us that if the roof was old enough to replace, which it was, then the seals on the skylites may also be old enough to replace. Was that an up sell? Maybe, but it made a lot of sense, since I would replace all 3 if 1 breached and I would have to have someone mess with the roofing job I just paid to have done by an awesome roofer. It all indicated what a professional he was and that he was looking out for the roof structure over all, not just the quick buck on a roof install. The price to replace the skylites was more than fair, barely over the cost of the parts and well worth it. The entire experience with the whole crew was outstanding. Kelly's estimate was detailed, so I knew where every penny was spent, unlike other estimates that just lumped "demo" and "walls" into categories with outrageous costs. The entire team was friendly, communicated well, and made great adjustments to the project when faced with complications. They worked hard in a home without central air when the temp was >80 degrees outside. The work was excellent and I absolutely love the finished project. “Replaced our old roof on a 1960s house, 3-layer shingles in the middle of winter. Kevin very informative and down to earth. Because of active ice/water damage they rushed our project to basically the following week and completed teardown, rebuild, and cleanup in two days. Financing, community discounting, was easy to follow. Edwin very helpful when we discovered new challenges along the way, showed pictures and additional explanations. “We love our roof, and have had many people compliment the looks. Garvin stood by their commitment to total satisfaction, and made sure our roof was 100% to our liking. They unfortunately had to pull back a good portion due to a short run in the middle of the roof, which just did not look good. They pull it all the way back and redid it to make sure it was perfect. Their pricing was way better than the competition offering huge discounts for "model homes" in the area.“

Nathan came out one evening and by the end of the evening we had agreed to what we needed and contract was signed. 10 days later, the crew of 5 showed up ready to work and improve our home. “This company did a great job 4 years ago on replacing my roof as well as fixing my chimney. So far so good! Additionally, they have been very responsive to any questions I’ve had over the years. They even came and dropped off a few materials without charge a few years later when I finally was able to do another home repair. I get the impression that they’re a small, family run business as they were very quick to come out when I thought the roof might be leaking (it wasn’t) but less quick when I called for materials. They seemed busy but never dismissive and they came through above and beyond when they could as they did it all without charge. They didn’t have to do that. This company operates professionally and with integrity. It’s nice and I recommend them.“
