“Scott is the most honest and responsive person in the business. Tri Tech installed our HVAC system 3 years ago and stand behind there work. I had an issue with my Nest thermostats (software update) and Scott made it a point to come out with one of his technicians to be sure the system wasn't the problem. Even though Tri Tech did not install the thermostats they stayed after we rebooted the thermostats to be sure all was working well. I highly recommend Ti Tech. Scott is awesome and Kim Johnson always follows up. Good service is hard to find. Tri Tech Mechanical is one of the best.“

They were able to send a technician over within a couple of hours, and he promptly arrived at the beginning of the window they had given me. “New England Total Energy did an outstanding job with multiple phases of our transition from oil to propane for our entire home. Phase 1 entailed burying a 1000 gallon propane tank in our yard (flood zone) and piping it to our house. We already had our gas stove, fireplace, grill and gas lanterns on propane (150 gallon side tank) however, the furnaces and hot water was driven off of oil. The 2nd Phase entailed installing a Generac home back up power system....in a flood zone. The Generac has already kicked on multiple times during the recent storms, no worries with all of our food, power and fiber optic, I could work the entire time without even knowing we were running on back up power. The final 3rd Phase was tearing out the entire oil boiler, removing the oil tanks and installing the new Viesman instant hot water propane wall boiler condenser unit. It was like a work of art, the guys did a fantastic job installing everything and I love looking at the mechanical room, it is spotless and looks so impressive. All in all, from Phase 1 through Phase 3, we were impressed as they left no stone unturned, extremely professional, courteous, problem solvers, creative and just good guys overall. Every morning I would run and get coffee and donuts and we would start the day with some laughs and discuss what the goals were for the day. Keep up the great work, I would highly recommend NETE for anyone planning to transition or start fresh building a new home, I could not have asked for a better team and the results were second to none. The pricing was more than fair and I'm going to let them switch out another unit in my house that was installed 2 years ago and has never worked properly even though the company installed it came back three times and couldn't figure it out.“

“It was my first time using Paul Yonkers. I had a wonderful experience. They were very efficient. I had a problem with my boiler system. Within 2 hrs, my heat was up and running. And the boiler is so much quieter. I didn't know it was on, lol!! The following week, I had to call back for a leak from the toilet bowl. I had my bathroom remodeled, and it was still under warranty. I first called the company who remodeled, and they told me it would take 2 days to fix it, and it was not covered under warranty, and the price was seriously ridiculous! Paul Yonkers came back again, fixed the problem, a great price, and in and out in an hr. What I found with this company was honesty and loyalty to their customers. “Both my fiancé and I were beyond satisfied about Bill and his services. We had a fridge that stopped working properly--the freezer and the fridge stopped pumping cold air completely out of nowhere. On Wednesday after hours, I called and left a voicemail to two places, and the next morning (Thursday), only Bill called back and left a voicemail. On that same day (Thursday), Bill came exactly at when he said he would, between 2 pm and 4 pm. In fact, he arrived at 2 pm and buzzed our condo unit to be let in as per our instructions. Since we only had one fridge, we were so grateful for his prompt responses and visits on both Thursday and Friday. During his first visit, he took a look at our fridge and ordered some parts of the same brand, and then he came back the following day (Friday) for his second visit and fixed our fridge completely. When Bill wasn't sure if the part would arrive on the following day (Friday), he promised that he would come on Saturday. My fiancé offered to pay Bill more for his Saturday visit if necessary, but he politely declined and explained that we only had one fridge rather than two or three, so he said it was unnecessary for us to pay additional charges. Very few people in this world were as honest and professional as he was these days, and we were so lucky to have him as our fridge repair man.“
