“I called Todd when our 20 year old AC quit working. He can our same day and assessed the system which had several leaks due to age. He explained our options for both repair and replacement, and provided options if we chose replacement. I also asked him to assess the furnace as it was same age as the AC. He told us the furnace had a few more years in it, but we opted for a full replacement. He again gave us option on cost vs efficiency. His team was excellent and completed the job in about 6 hours. They were professional and left the areas cleaner than when they came. System works great (Lennox, gas-fired) and we would highly recommend them.“

“At first I had a water leak and RJD scheduled a late evening appointment - I was grateful. I fixed issue so when I canceled they were very courteous. I then rescheduled them to come out the next day as it was no longer an emergency. They showed up a little late but that should be understood as they were helping another customer and called ahead to let me know they were running a little late - again much appreciated. “When our boiler stopped working we didn't have a company due to new ownership and the boiler was installed by the previous owner.
So I did a search and A. Johnson's site popped up. I went to their site, read all the reviews and called them.
Best decision I ever made!
When I called, Lisa took all my information and and scheduled a site visit for that day.
When Brian arrived he immediately started checking every component on our ancient boiler and advised us that it was time for major repairs and or replacement.
He took several photos of inner core and the amount of rust and the number of small holes were alarming.
The very next day Chris came and advised us of our options. There was no pressure or attempts to up-sell or add on things that weren't needed.
We settled on a replacement boiler and install was scheduled for four days later .
On install day Brandon, Ben, and Zach worked 9 hours on the removal of the old boiler and install of the new one. Because it was a high effort boiler it required a few extra things that the old didn't have.
They did an amazing job!
Removed the old boiler and all the packaging and the debris from the new boiler.
I would highly recommend A. Johnson for any new installs and repairs of current ones!
