From front office ( office staff, to the actual aides providing the actual services ) are all soooo attentive (Please keep in mind the actual name of this company!!! ) !!! The communication from the leader of this organization, all the way across the board, straight down to the actual aides are priceless!!! “TLC is an amazing agency. Both Aides that have been sent to take care of my Mom have been caring, respectful and extremely competent. If an Aide is not able to make it they find a substitute immediately. We are never left without coverage. Janeen answers all my texts/ phone calls and if she can’t help me right away gets backs to me in a timely manner.
