She continues to follow up withfrequent phone calls updating md and asking if I have any questions or concerns. Donna is professional friendly and efficient. Nikki has been wonderful. Her care is great. She has a warm caring personality and deals with all obstacles with grace and humor. Kathy is wonderful in follow up and keeping me informed. This is a terrific agency and I fully recommend them“

“We were trying to get my mom to accept an aide for quite some time now. She finally agreed that she needed help. We contacted ha number of agencies and they were all friendly and responsive. Allegiant however really went the extra mile to work with us to accommodate the time and dates we needed for the care during the week. We were extremely lucky that the first aide they sent was extremely friendly and caring. My mother now wishes she would have started it earlier. The staff also worked with us extremely well on addressing long term care coverage issues. Most importantly they were extremely responsible and responsive.“
