The techs have been on time, professional, courteous and actually don’t mind customers that ask questions. On the last visit the tech had to run through a cycle in our dishwasher to check on the part he replaced and he asked my wife and I if we had any questions about ANY of the appliances we had while he had some extra time on his hands. He didn’t go out for a smoke break or get on his cell phone.

In this day and age it’s hard to find companies that employ knowledgable, friendly, courteous people that act like they’re visiting your home instead of acting like as a customer you owe them a favor for performing the task at hand.
