We were so pleased with the information and tips that Katie provided, especially the supportive advice she shared about how parents can incorporate healthy selfcare habits into their children’s daily activities, too. The breathing exercises she taught us were helpful and calming. Our team members voiced their appreciation when receiving the selfcare note pads that Katie provided, saying it will help them prioritize daily intensions in a fun and creative way. Thanks, Katie, for a thoughtful, interactive, and collaborative session!“

1963 Palmer Ave, Larchmont“Never did Pilates before this spring. Carson told me I should try it. I find it beneficial and helpful. Given my lack of good posture and lower back issues it has been useful for me to work with Rebecca. Rebecca has been awesome to work with. I would recommend anyone who wants to become more mindful of how our bodies should be moving to join the “Sound Movement “.“
“I took Genevieve's Hot Yin Yoga class and it was phenomenal! I never heard of Yin Yoga before, but now I'm keeping this particular class in my rotation. One class session and all of my problems are solved- literally better than a deep tissue massage. Her voice, the music, the ambiance, everything- this class is ideal for people of all levels.“

I have been training with Juno for almost a year now, and it has been a joy working with him. My initial goal was to lose some weight and tone my muscles, but soon after, I realized I preferred weight training. Juno attended to my feedback, was responsive to my change of goals, and personalized my training plan according to my needs. On a personal level, Juno is passionate about his career, motivated to keep learning, and self-disciplined. 100% recommend.“

63 Main St, Dobbs Ferry“This place is very nice professional clean smells amazing. I took the Pilates reformer class for the first time ever. I've never done plates. Before starting you fill out a form and I made the instructors aware of my ongoing health issues and recent surgery. They were so accommodating and made adjustments for me during the class so I could handle the moves. It didn't hold up the other students as well which was great. I appreciated being looked after. They have students sanitize their stations after class which is awesome for the next group coming in. The owner remembered me and checked in on how I had felt after my first class when I came in the second time.“

@ St. Bart's Church, 82 Prospect St, White Plains“In early 2018, I started coming here, and I'm only sorry that I didn't start sooner, considering that I live a three-minute walk from the studio.Though I am usually the sole guy surrounded by ladies, I actually don't mind. The energy is great: not too hyper, not sleep-inducing yet still calming... it's just right.Patty is very supportive and has that rare gift of being able to offer instructive/constructive feedback without making you feel awkward or out of place. She occasionally peppers her robust knowledge of yoga with useful, poignant snippets about metaphysics, biology, psychology, and even pop culture from time to time--all of which is music to my ears.I always leave Patty's yoga class better than when I came in, i.e., more relaxed, more open-minded, and with any life anxiety melting away. Sometimes I really do feel like I'm floating on a cloud, and the little garden and mini-park feel of the exterior space immediately outside the studio doesn't hurt (see photo). To the outside observer, some of the classes may seem like a piece of cake, but you'd be surprised how engaged your muscles and core are even when doing seemingly basic breath and stretching exercises. I go to the gym from time to time, and do a bit of outdoor running, and yoga is a great complement to those activities. The studio itself, meaning the physical space, is also very conducive to yoga. The natural light is a bonus, especially when sunlight floods the room in the middle of a deep session. The newly installed HVAC system is pretty neat, too. But, it's really Patty's awesome vibe and the calming, positive energy of the fellow participants that has me coming back time and again. Thanks for reading, and may you thrive--in your career and in life.“
“Can't say enough great things about this place. I attended Breaking Ground in it's opening years of 2004-2007 (When I graduated high school). If it wasn't for the incredible support and guidance from owner, Marissa, I would not be a successful professional dancer in Los Angeles, still today. The classes here are incredible. The teachers top notch. Each class is specifically tailored to your child's needs within their dance and performing journey. I am so honored to have been part of Breaking Ground, to have been taught by such incredible teachers that have supported and guided me into the path of becoming a successful performer with a long career.“
