“This is the BEST veterinarian in the area, hands down. Dr. Jones and her staff are kind, great with the pets, great at explaining things to you. They have always been in communication with our specialists and always call to communicate with us with any results, updates, etc. They always call to ask how the pets are doing. The prices are very reasonable given the cost of vet care today and worth every penny for the great care.“

“My dog got loose yesterday (my mistake leaving a door open). Within 2 minutes he was gone....out of sight. Just over 8 minutes later my vet's office called and asked if I was missing him. I live a 3 minute walk from their office and he was running through their parking lot. 5 of the staff employees kept him in sight and got him to a fence where he saw me and they could catch him. This is the kind of service they give their customers and patients. They know our names, our animals names, and truly care about our pets.“

“All my pups have been a patient of Dr. Mike McCarthy for over 20 years, I have such respect for this Dr. He has such empathy and compassion, best of all he is very straight forward with your pups issues and will help you in every way he can to figure out what is wrong with them when sick. I take my hat off to him always. My pup got sick one afternoon not to long ago, I called the clinic, Dr. Mike let me bring him in, he tried all afternoon to save my baby, and the look on his face when he told me I had to make a decision, and knowing we were already dealing with a lot, I know that was the last thing in the world he wanted to say to me. Dr. Mike has been with through the death of 4 pups, always so dignified he is, and he feels your pain because I see it in his face. I would never to another Vet, So Dr. Mike you can't retire!!!! We re-located to this area of NY seven years ago and are so glad a new neighbor had recommended The Animal Hospital.“

“My elderly cat was at his end stage in life and I called this place because it was suggested by a friend. I was not a client. They fit me in, eased my baby’s suffering and were caring through the whole process. The woman I spoke to initially on Monday morning, around 8:40, was so sweet ? her voice made me feel so much better after a night of seeing my man suffer. You could hear the compassion and care. Answered all my questions regarding the price of everything. It made me feel at ease. I’ve worked in vet med and I know how euthanasia can just become procedure, but Dr Hartman was very gentle with my cat and I appreciated his straightforward but compassionate approach. Hoping when I pick up my boys ashes I can schedule an appointment for my other senior cat for a blood panel. Would love to make this place my new vet.“
