Absolutely the best! The staff is phenomenal. Truly caring and kind. They have never been impatient or rushed me on the phone or in person. The vets we have seen are all top notch and Dr. McCarthy in particular has gone above and beyond for Sadie multiple times. Despite how busy they are they stay friendly, caring, and accessible.
The literal best vet I have ever taken my fur-babies to! I live in Rotterdam now, but still drive my pets here instead of going to a closer vet because of how much I trust TVAC. The staff are so kind and gentle with all of my animals, and the doctors are very honest about the medical and dental needs of my pets.
I switched vets recently because I heard really good things about village and my shar pei deserves a good vet. So far they’ve proved to be just like any other place. I’ve had to pay for services twice a few instances. Had to ask to not be seen by a certain veterinarian. Prices are a little high. I don’t like writing bad reviews but they wouldn’t stop asking me to write one. The appointment times are convenient. The techs and Dr Storey are very nice.
