Fantastic service from John at Hoffman Carpet cleaning! Our cats were trapped in the room and made a mess.. smelled awful... John worked a miracle and got the stain out! He was prompt, courteous and left our house better than before. I highly recommend this company and will definately be calling again!
John was our carpet and sectional cleaner today at my daughter’s home in Troy. I received a phone call for a heads up that he was going to be there in 20 minutes time. I was there prior to him pulling up and we went over everything he needed to clean. He was very professional and understood that my daughter’s dog was very nervous and shaking and he really did not want to do the room that she was laying down in so he advised we were just close the door and let it go and he didn’t want her to see him up and around there ..she would not come downstairs with me so we left that room untouched. Came home from vacation to a flooded basement…? Hoffman Cleaning helped save the day! They sent John out immediately and he couldn’t have been more helpful in assessing the situation and taking the appropriate remediative actions. Thanks to John, our carpet is salvageable and the area will look as good as new within a few days. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!!
