“John was our carpet and sectional cleaner today at my daughter’s home in Troy. I received a phone call for a heads up that he was going to be there in 20 minutes time. I was there prior to him pulling up and we went over everything he needed to clean. He was very professional and understood that my daughter’s dog was very nervous and shaking and he really did not want to do the room that she was laying down in so he advised we were just close the door and let it go and he didn’t want her to see him up and around there ..she would not come downstairs with me so we left that room untouched. He was very sensitive to her needs and I really appreciated that..I will never hesitate to hire Hoffmans because they have been around for a very long time and are very reputable..you should request John to do your cleaning“
