I was at a total loss and thought I would go to one of those expensive hair salons because my hair is a lot of work - curly and thick. Joanne was great. I got an appointment immediately and she was able to work with me on my color and my concerns. Her studio is clean and neat. My hair came out picture perfect and I am very happy.
