“Great experience from beginning to end! I called a different appliance repair place first and we played phone tag for 2 days. Finally I called KB Appliance and he not only picked up right away... but offered to come same day. We agreed on the next day, for him to assess/fix my dryer and he was clear on the price for coming out.
He showed up very timely and had my dryer fixed in minutes and made recommendations on future dryer care! He even.. as a kindly bonus, took a peak at my dishwasher that I had a brief question about.
