We actually found Kevin on Thumbtack after our refrigerator decided to call it quits late on a Friday. Kevin at KB’s Appliance was great. He was very responsive and professional. After diagnosing the problem on Tuesday, he fixed our refrigerator the very next day. Kevin also took the time to explain the issue to us in detail and what our options were regarding repairing or replacing our refrigerator. We are very happy with Kevin’s work and would definitely recommend him to others.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Kevin was running behind and gave me a courtesy call to let me know this and also called when he was in route. He was very professional, knowledgeable and up front about cost for the job. He also made other recommendations for the safety of my home. I felt the cost was somewhat on the high side but today, if you want good service it's worth it. It was a pleasure Kevin!
