Great customer service from the folks in the front section! I got a full refund for my glasses because they were to blurry for seeing long distance.Turns out Dr. Timothy O Shea forced a prescription on me and would not correct it after I went back to see him.He said I was at 20/20 So…. I will take my business elsewhere.But good save by Walmart Vision Center!

I got an eye exam on Tuesday at 11 am, chose and ordered new glasses after the exam, and picked them up on Friday at 3 pm. What kind of wonderful sorcery was involved in getting new glasses that fast? Normally, I buy my glasses online at EyeBuyDirect or Warby Parker after getting my yearly eye exam. Buying glasses online seemed cheaper and quicker than buying them in person from a store. No longer! Although I've used up my vision benefits for the year ($25 co-pay for exam, $100 towards glasses), I'm going to buy new prescription sunglasses here soon. I loved the decor in the waiting room for the eye exam. I've never seen so much hippie-dippie framed art in a mainstream...read full review

I have tried for years to wear bifocals or trifocals, lined or no line, they end up in a drawer and I just go with readers and RX distance. I spent /wasted hundreds at Lenscrafters. I finally tried Walmart. Dr O'Shea nailed the RX and Jordan nailed where she put the line! Most impressive was that neither needed a bunch of gadgets. They had experience and knew what they were doing - awesome! The cost was just a bonus. The exam was $90 rather than $130 and it wasn't an assembly line set up that took hours even with an appt, I end up spending 4-5 hours at Lenscrafters.
