This place is amazing, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind. Between the ladies up front doing anything to get the best service for me to the kind people in back doing exams.The prices are what you can expect, and the exam was extremely professional. I was pretty nervous at points and the tech really helped me feel better. She made sure to ease any nerves while being so kind. The location isn't what I expected for an office that looks so clean and modern. Do not let the location deter you from coming here. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. The optometrist was extremely thorough. They did tests on my eyes that I have never had preformed on me. I usually go to Pritchett eye care but their service has been declining since Dr. Pritchett left. So I decided to go elsewhere and I was surprised that I had new tests conducted on my eyes. The optometrist at this specific Visionworks said that they over prescribed my old glasses, and this made a lot of sense because my eyes straining with the glasses from Pritchett. I was due for an eye exam after not having one for years. I found Visionworks on yelp and they are open til 630p (they are also open on Saturdays) which sold me to schedule an appointment. And they take VSP insurance. I scheduled my appointment and filled out most of my paperwork online which made it easy to check in. I paid $25 copay for the eye exam and another $25 for the X-ray that was in lieu of the dilation. They accept FSA cards. Alyana the assistant was nice and made me feel comfortable.
