What was good? Everything.I don't know anything about optometry but it seemed very thorough to me. Gave me all the info I needed and then some, and still asked many times if I had any questions. Seemed eager to educate and satisfy.But most of all was the warm welcoming feeling. Everyone was smiling and seemed happy to be there and happy to see/talk to patients. Felt like I was in a small town and we all knew each other. Left me with a lot of hope for humanity.

What a terrific experience! Alan, Dr. Cooper, and Debbie were amazing in taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. The friendly, professional staff are the reason I won’t go anywhere else for my eye care needs!

I feel listened to and not rushed, which is rare with doctors these days. I have been a patient for nearly twenty years and my kids have been seen here their whole lives. It is also helpful that we can fill our prescription for our glasses right there in the office. Everyone is helpful and kind. We love Family Eyecare Associates!
